Prologue Players is seeking actors for our upcoming production of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street!

Prologue Players is a pre-professional musical theater company that brings together performers ages 19-26 from throughout the region to produce a high-quality show in just one month. Performers receive a $300 stipend for their participation.

AUDITIONS

Fill out this audition form by May 1: Audition Form

Your audition should include:

• A 60-second monologue

• A 60-second song cutting in the style of Sweeney Todd (Sondheim, Adam Guettel, Jason Robert Brown, William Finn, etc.)

• Ensure your videos are accessible.

CALLBACKS

• In-person on Saturday, May 10, at 10:00 AM at Eastview High School (location confirmation pending).

• Callbacks will be by invitation only—notifications will be sent via email with sides included.

​

REHEARSALS

• May 27 – June 19, weekday evenings (6:30–10:00 PM) at Eastview High School.

• Sunday, June 1 rehearsal (6:30–10:00 PM).

• Saturday, June 14 & Sunday, June 15 (1:00–6:00 PM).

• June 2 – Musical Monday Performance at 7:00 PM.
